Workaround for BCEE, Raiffeisen and CCP homebanking bug

• Drag the following link to your bookmark toolbar:
  Fix Homebanking
• Log in to your homebanking site. When the "Middleware not found" error pops up, or the homebanking seems to freeze, click the bookmark, and chose "Signing Stick" again
